Before purchasing, please message us to confirm:

- Preferred door style and ironmongery

We will confirm feasibility, final pricing, and lead time before production begins.

⏳ Lead Times

All units are handmade to order.
Current lead times are typically 6–10 weeks, but may extend during peak periods.
If your project is time-sensitive, please contact us before ordering.

🚚 Delivery Information

Delivery is free within a 150-mile radius of Kings Lynn, Norfolk.

For locations beyond this radius, please contact us for a delivery quotation.

Delivery to Scotland, Wales, Ireland, Cornwall, and other remote areas is available by quotation.

Delivery is arranged via specialist courier or pallet delivery depending on the size and weight of the unit.
Pallet deliveries are kerbside only. The pallet driver is not insured to enter the property.
Courier deliveries include assistance with moving the unit into the home, but installation and positioning are not included.

The most suitable delivery method will be confirmed during the ordering process

🔁 Returns & Cancellations

As all items are made to order and built to individual specifications, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact me as soon as possible. Cancellation requests can only be considered before materials are purchased and work has begun.

ℹ️ Important Information About Materials

All units are handcrafted using natural timber. As wood is a living material, small knots, minor splits, and slight movement may occur over time. These characteristics are a normal part of solid wood furniture and contribute to the individuality of each piece.

Care is taken during construction to minimise movement and ensure long-term durability. Slight variations in finish, grain pattern, and detailing are part of the character of bespoke cabinetry.
